An experienced corporate executive, Bradford previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of United Glass Corporation, a consolidation of glass fabricators in the United States and Canada, from 1999 to 2001 and as President and Chief Executive Officer of AFG Industries Inc., North America's largest vertically integrated glass manufacturing and fabrication company, from 1992 to 1999, after joining that company in 1984 as general counsel following 11 years in private practice.

Ms. Cochran became President and Chief Executive Officer on September 12, 2011 following her service as Cracker Barrel's President and Chief Operating Officer, a post she assumed in November 2010. She joined Cracker Barrel in March, 2009 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She was previously CEO at the nation's 3rd largest book retailer, Books-A-Million, Inc. for the prior five years. She also served as that company's president from 1999 and its chief financial officer from 1993 to 1999. As Vice President, Finance at Books-A-Million, Ms. Cochran was part of the leadership team that took the company public in 1992 and completed a secondary offering in 1993. Ms. Cochran has 17 years of experience in the retail industry and two years in the restaurant industry.
