Michael W. Goodwin, age 64, became one of our directors in November 2024. To the Board, Mr. Goodwin brings over thirty years of information technology and cybersecurity experience at well-known retail and consumer brands. From 2014 until his retirement in 2023, Mr. Goodwin served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology, Chief Technology Information Officer of PetSmart, Inc., a specialty provider of pet products and services. Prior to that, from 2006 until 2014, Mr. Goodwin held several executive leadership positions at Hallmark Cards, Inc., culminating in his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Technology and Business Enablement. Prior to Hallmark, Mr. Goodwin served in the United States Army. Mr. Goodwin also currently serves on the board of directors of Burlington Stores, Inc. (NYSE: BURL), a department store retailer.
