While Cracker Barrel has always placed corporate social responsibility at the heart of our business, we continue to take a more strategic and data-driven approach to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. We recently implemented a number of new policies, programs and systems to guide our ESG efforts and expanded the scope of our sustainability reporting to align with the applicable standards of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). This is reflected in our 2023 ESG Report, which we hope will provide stakeholders with a better understanding of our practices and philosophies and make it easier for them to track our progress over time and in comparison with industry peers.
